With 70+ social posts to create for clients each month, it's fair to say I have to have my processes down. So here's how I create a month's worth of content without losing my sh*t 🤪 • Plan I find batch-creating way easier than posting on the fly. So, to begin, I map out the content for the month after next. This includes what will be posted, when, and the goal for each post 🎯 • Create Over the next couple of weeks, I craft captions, and select images or create graphics. Because the strategy work has been done, I can switch on my creative brain and let it work its magic 🪄 • Optimise and schedule The following week, I write hashtags and ensure the captions include relevant keywords. I then optimise the posts for each platform before running through and scheduling them 👩🏼‍💻 • Review At the end of the month, I evaluate how well the posts have performed, making a note of the best-performing content and reviewing the analytics. At the end of each quarter, I prepare a report (not just for my clients but also for myself) and use it to tweak the strategy for the following quarter.
